Click on bookings and from the calendar displayed identify the time[s] required. Allow for any time needed for any settings up and clearing up needs to be done.
Click on the box to confirm that the terms and conditions of hire have been read and understood.
A form is displayed which will show the chosen times and the appropriate hire charge. You will be asked for the following information.
Full name of the person making the booking together with the postal address, telephone number [land line] and email if available.
The purpose for which the Hall will be used e.g children’s party, meeting etc. Please note we do not accept bookings for adult or teenage evening parties. Bookings must end no later than 10:00pm
Click submit and you will be contacted by a committee member normally within 24 hours to confirm your booking, answer any queries and make arrangements for payment and opening and closing of the Hall
Payment must be made in advance and can be by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
